Our portal has a self-onboarding module where users belonging to a domain can register
Navigate to the portal with the URL that belongs to your organisation (like [https://xxyyzz.wtss.nl/]); this will show you the login page:
The registration process starts after clicking the Register button. You can also inquire about your registration status on the Register New User page.
After selecting the company, the list of departments will be updated. Please select the appropriate department since the portal department manager must validate your request. After clicking the desired values, click Next.

Please complete all details here. Please make sure that the email address is correct. You will need to activate your account with more information from a message you received.
Click Next to continue.
This page is the last step before the account is created and the email verification is started. Please verify if all information is correct and click Next to continue the verification.
This is the screen that confirms that the email message has been sent. You can now close the browser and wait until you receive the email message.
As noted above, a message should be received in minutes. To resend the message, click the retry button on the previous step.
You can verify your account by clicking the first link when you receive this message. This will give the below screen as a result:
Click Next to continue onboarding and ask the portal department owner to enable your account and assign the appropriate rights.
After clicking the ‘Check registration status’ link, you will be prompted to a page where you need to enter your email address and a verification code.
The view registration button will show the current status of your request, like the image below:
